That false reality
Today I looked into the mirror and didn’t quite like what I saw
Those cheeks looked saggy and full of freckles.
Those lips looked darker than usual.
Those eyes looked old like they are seeking something.
That shapeless body with the extra pad of fat all in the wrong places.
It made me sad….What has this world done to me?
It has corrupted me
Gave me a false perception towards myself.
And now I don’t even like myself.
And I keep looking..
Looking for ways to change myself
To change who I’m.
Forgetting that beauty isn’t at all about the exterior.
It’s the HEART that matters!
And that beauty lies in the eyes of the ones who see it.
And that I’ll always be beautiful for the ones who love me.
“So why dont you start loving youself again?
said the voice inside of my head
….You’ll see how beautiful you’re the next time you see yourself in the mirror”.
And I said “I will try”.

What are your thoughts on the concept of living a very long life?
“Zindagi lambi nhi sahab Badi honi chahiye” or rather say instead of planning to live a longer life we should be more focused on living a Greater fulfilling life.
Quantity will inevitably be yours if your quality is first class!
